Resolution in Celebration of Life for Sister Gabrielle Nicole Eure

WE, the Elders, Ministers, and members of The Promise Land Church, Inc., extend our deepest love and heartfelt condolences to the Eure Family in the homegoing of Sister Gabrielle Nicole Eure, a beloved daughter, devoted sister, treasured friend, and faithful servant of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

WHEREAS, Sister Gabrielle was the cherished daughter of Pastor Erik B. Eure and Pastor, Dr. Twiggy M. Eure; the loving sister of Marquis, Sydni, and Camryn; sister-in-law to Nicole; proud aunt to Londyn and Greyson; and a loyal and steadfast friend to many. Her presence in the lives of those she loved was a gift, and her absence is deeply felt.

WHEREAS, Sister Gabrielle’s life beautifully reflected the love of Christ. Through her gentle spirit, compassionate heart, selfless service, and unwavering faith, she lived out the Gospel daily. She did not merely speak of love, she demonstrated it in word and deed.

WHEREAS, Sister Gabrielle was a beloved and respected member of The Promise Land Church. She served faithfully and wholeheartedly in multiple capacities, bringing both excellence and joy to every assignment. Her commitment to ministry and her love for God’s people strengthened our church family and left an enduring imprint upon us all.

WHEREAS, as believers in the body of Christ, we are comforted by the promise found in 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17, which reminds us that “the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout... and the dead in Christ shall rise first... and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” In this blessed assurance, we find hope beyond our grief.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that we surround the Eure Family with our continued prayers, love, and tangible support. While we cannot replace the unique love and presence Sister Gabrielle brought into your lives, we commit to walking alongside you with compassion, strength, and faith as helpers one to another. And we stand on the promise of Revelation 21:4, that God “shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.”

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Sister Gabrielle Nicole Eure as a lasting expression of our love and remembrance, and that a copy be preserved in the official archives of The Promise Land Church.
